Latest Situation at Togg Factory
14,600 tons of steel assembly has been completed at the Togg factory, which was built in the Gemlik district of Bursa. In addition, 33 thousand square meters of roof panel assembly and 19 thousand 734 square meters of blind formwork assembly have come to an end. Paint shop construction continues at the Gemlik factory.
The establishment phase of the mass production lines, which will include 250 robots, which will play a major role in the production of domestic automobile Togg, has been accelerated. Togg Will Reach 100 KM in 4.8 Seconds
One of the brands that attracted attention at the CES 2022 fair, Togg introduced the features of its vehicles, which are planned to come off the production line in 2023. When the Togg first hits the market, it will have between 200 and 400 horsepower. The domestic car Togg will go from 0 to 100 in just 4.8 seconds and will offer a range of 500 km.
With a system that is compatible and integrated with the mobility ecosystem, the domestic car Togg will challenge its rivals. In the statement made by Togg CEO Gürcan Karakaş, it was stated that mass production will start in the first quarter of 2023. On the other hand, the domestic car Togg became a partner with the Chinese energy giant Farasis and established the company called SIRO.
SIRO will produce battery cells and modules for electric cars at the facility, which was also established in the Gemlik district of Bursa.
