An electric charging station is required for TOGG in new buildings. A statement on TOGG was made by Murat Kurum, Minister for Environment and Urbanization. “We have introduced a charging station requirement in the new buildings in order to prepare for the Turkish car. We are preparing our cities for TOGG, ”he said.
An electric charging station is mandatory for new buildings. While the automobile plants and factory construction in Turkey were moving forward rapidly, the Minister for Environment and Urbanization issued a statement.
Environment and Urbanization Minister Murat Kurum said: “We have made the installation of electric chargers mandatory in our new buildings in order to spread the use of environmentally and climate-friendly electric vehicles. We are preparing our cities for TOGG.”
While the construction of the TOGG factory is progressing rapidly, it was also announced that the first production TOGG will come off the production line in 2022. It has been confirmed that there will be no problem in this regard and that it will come off the line within the allotted time. Zorlu Energy has taken over the infrastructure works in our country. This development, i.e. the need for an electric charging station in every new building, will also bring comfort to Zorlu Enerji.
Most cities and towns have both fast charging stations and open charging stations. Almost 81 provinces have these fast charging stations and public charging stations. This declaration by the Minister for Environment and Urbanization, Murat Kurum, was an effort to ensure an even faster transition.
For Turkish cars, the domestic rate will increase to 65% in 2025. In the first stage it should be over 50%. Because in the first step, parts are required that we have not put into production. Then the initiative begins for them. After we make it ourselves, TOGG’s local rate is 65%.
