The first launch of Günsel, the electric car of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, was held in Kyrenia on February 20, 2020.

Günsel, which also made its Turkey launch with the MUSIAD EXPO 2020 Fair held at TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center between 18-21 November 2020, was the first stop in Europe in Munich.

AT THE FAIR IN GERMANY

Günsel, the domestic car of the TRNC, participated in the International Automobile Fair (IAA Mobility) and appeared in the world automotive showcase after the TRNC and Turkey.

It has been learned that Günsel will present its first model B9 to the world by participating in the automotive fairs to be held in London in December, in Geneva in February 2022, and in Beijing in April 2022, after the fair held in Munich, Germany.

Stating that they represent the TRNC and the Turkish world with great pride at IAA Mobility, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Near East Incorporation Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said, “We brought Günsel to the world automotive showcase. We had the opportunity to closely observe the technologies of the future and developments in the automotive world by meeting with other automobile manufacturers and suppliers.” said.

Reminding that the second phase investment of Günsel Production Facilities continues on the Near East University campus, Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said, “In this period when we are very close to mass production, we will continue to introduce Günsel to the world and represent our country by participating in the automotive fairs to be held in London in December, Geneva in February 2022 and Beijing in April 2022. ” said.
