Good News from TOGG! Countdown Has Started for Mass Production

Developments continue in the mass production process of TOGG, which is planned to be Europe’s first and only electric SUV model. In the post shared on TOGG Twitter account, step by step, the factory is approaching the end in the Gemlik district of Bursa. In the shared post, it was announced that the paint, body, assembly facilities and infrastructure works continued at full speed in line with the plans.

Steel Installation Has Been Done at TOGG Paint Facility

It was learned that 14,500 tons of steel were assembled at the highly anticipated domestic automobile TOGG paint facility. The 33 thousand square meter roof panel assembly of the factory has come to an end. On the other hand, after the assembly of 16,734 square meters of blind molds, the installation of paint tanks on the production line was completed. As the factory is slowly coming to an end, the countdown has begun for the TOGG mass production transition date.

In addition, 7 thousand 800 tons of steel assembly was completed at the assembly facility of the factory. In this facility, 63 thousand square meters of roof panel assembly was completed and 31 thousand square meters of blind formwork was installed. Finally, in the infrastructure works, a rain water line of 4 thousand 800 meters was built. 4 thousand meters of wastewater line was installed under the factory and 830 meters of culvert manufacturing was completed. In addition, a perimeter wall of 2,700 meters was erected in the area where the factory is located.
